1.   Why did you start your blog?

“I started the blog as an off-shoot of becoming involved in social networking and social media. I am totally fascinated by the process of meeting people through the various social networks I am a part of.  I started Human Race Horses with a few different themes in mind.

Initially, I wanted to talk about the small business environment, human resources, and how social media could help become a powerful tool in helping small business owners build their business.
