1. Why did you start your blog?

“I personally like to write and I see so many important issues out there which allow us to apply talent management and enterprise learning to business issues, this gives me a way of making our research relevant on a constant and timely basis. This is also my opportunity to write for general business people, not just HR and L&D professionals – I try to “translate” all the HR speak into practical business solutions, with lots of examples from our clients.”
