Time for me to add some comments....IQNavigator is only best used for professional hires. Do not use it outside of the USA and for temp or flex hires. There are zero MSP's who have done a professional implementation in Europe on IQNavigator yet alone worldwide. In general I find IQNavigator to be an inflexible VMS and company! Nice we can comment on this topic for once.

Hi I have been following the MSP/VMS space for some time now and I agree with the two postings. The main challenge I see for IQNavigator is their identity. They offer MSP and VMS which in my mind they should do one or the other and not both e.g Fieldglass just does technology which is a very clear offering and lets the MSP's run the program without too many priority services linked to a VMS technology. I am quite surprised to read there are implementations of IQNavigator in Europe it is not something I would think it can support e.g legalities & localizations. Must have good sales people ;-)

Interesting remark. I agree, I work in the Netherlands and IQN is a very poor product that is not suited for European staffing needs at all. II have seen several implementations of it and they are done very poor. I think they should improve for Europe with this money.

You a bit mislead the investment I think is a buyout due the lack of strong management and a salesforce within IQN. Without this investment I am sure their company would go belly up. Just think $100m in a VMS that is probably close to the Chimes disaster. I would not call IQN a winner yet they have a lot to prove.
