I am surprised to find this positively false article from such reputable source. This company truly engages in the most unethical practices imaginable. As a former member of the HR department, all I can say is the truth, but let me remind you, they have good people working there, but the dirty sharks run the show on the extreme of unethical practices. If you wish to know more, I have tangible proof of what people post on line – their time will come. If you are thinking on making any moves in your HR career or starting it, don’t choose this company. The former ER person, cannot say manager because they stripped her title, finally left, has a great job now, and was told by her current VP that she could not phantom her working for such unprofessional company. She always deserved better, and now she finally has it.

As a current employee, Amscot is a great place to work. If you’re energetic, willing to dedicate yourself, love people, helping others, and want to move up quickly, you’ll love amscot. It’s a positive place where hard work, integrity and doing the right thing for customers and the company is rewarded. What I have accomplished as an associate and company leader is beyond my wildest dreams. And I’ve financially made more money than any other job in my career. Does Amscot have high standards for their associates? – Absolutely. But thats the reason for their success – they demand the best out of their associates and inspire us to do better and always improve.

I have been a part of the Amscot team for over 5 years. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! The company stands by their word, recognizes a job well done and promotes from within! They pay is excellent too… I have been able to purchase my first home and new vehicle since being hired! They truly care about their associates and their customers equally. The working environment is always positive, professional, clean and safe. I love working in a place with such high standards. This job may not be for everyone, but Amscot is definitely OK with me!
