Stealing My Thunder

One of my heroes is Laurie Ruettimann.  I’ve always liked people who don’t accept the status-quo.  Laurie talks of “blowing up HR” which may sound a little over-the-top, but I know what she means.  If you’ve been following along in my blog, you would understand where we are both coming from.  She talks about farming out the ho-hum areas (what I call them) of HR leaving us with Talent Acquisition and Training/Development.
