Unionized companies in California are under 8%. No problem for free enterprise here. CEO’s aren’t aware of any looming problem. The HR Manager doesn’t see a problem on the horizon. Human Resource Managers are more concerned about the economy and if they have to manage a reduction in force and the aftermath of same.
The HR Manager is not bending her CEO’s ear about the pending threat. For some reason, if she even knows about it, she thinks of it as some obscure bill which hasn’t even hit the floor in congress yet.
