If you study those companies who achieve the status of being “the best companies to work for,” there seems to be one common denominator: Culture. For example, Dreamworks is all about “collaboration and openness.” Qualcomm is about “where good people can do their best work.”
So, HR people – want to get to that “table?” I believe that we in Human Resources can make our major contribution to the business by enhancing the culture.
