Great link and an interesting topic. It’s such a basic question, but one that garners such disparate opinion.
Personally, I think behaviour in many ways is more beneficial than skills. Skills can always be taught, but the right attitude and approach to training, working and self motivation are the real assets here. Some really interesting content. Thanks.
