Call for Entries to the Oct 15 HR Carnival: Boss Day Theme!

Actually, Boss day is on Oct 16, but since my assigned day for the HR Carnival is 10/15 (the day before National Boss Day), I figured it’d be good to get some entries about National Boss Day; good bosses, bad ones, mediocre one – you name it.  Take the theme and run with it anyway you see fit.
