Myers-Briggs Type and the Impact on Email

I just finished reading an article in Training Magazine that highlights the importance of how personality type affects email communication.

Have you ever received an email and thought “Wow, that was so short, I wonder if she’s mad” only to find out that couldn’t be further from the truth? Sometimes brevity can be mistaken for being impersonal. On the other hand, when an email gets too personal, you might cringe and think “How unprofessional” or TMI!
