Blog Action Day and Book Review: Making a Difference by Being Yourself

I wasn’t planning on posting a blog just for Blog Action Day.  It’s not my style.  I’m not trendy.  I don’t have ribbon shaped magnets on my car, don’t own a LiveStrong bracelet or a billion pink kitchen utensils for the Cure.  It’s not that I don’t support any of these wonderful programs/initiatives/causes, I just don’t like doing things that seem like they are for show.
