As a twenty three year old graduate HR student, trying to get my foot in the HR door, I second your cool idea... (and yes cool is still cool). 

While my professors have tried to make my degree as practical as can be from a classroom, I&#039;m constantly perusing the blog sites for practical tips and know how that I wouldn&#039;t otherwise be familiar with. I am currently working in a small company assisting, unfortunately, a human resources generalist with no experience and no education in HR, so I have a definite lack of mentoring or coaching available to me.

I&#039;m looking forward to the predictions.
