		<description>I am quite happy to see SHRM jump into twitter and engaging in social media stuff.  THat is good place for them to moving to and China Gorman is takingthe lead on that. 

Many chapters and state agencies are also doing very cool things. I look forward to the time when I can work with some of these groups!</description>
